Magnetic Coolant Separator
In magnetic coolant separators (magnetic dust separators), coolant fluid containing iron dust particles flows by gravity into the separator from precision machine tools such as grinders, milling machines, and automates. The coolant containing iron impurities comes into direct contact with the magnetic drum, which extracts the iron particles.
The magnetic drum is kept clean at all times by a scraper blade positioned along its circumference.
A rubber roller squeezes the collected sludge to ensure that no coolant is wasted.

The magnets are enclosed in a stainless steel drum containing powerful anisotropic ferrite magnets, with a uniform magnetic field along the entire circumference.
A neoprene rubber roller with covered bearings.
A stainless steel blade with adjustments for efficient scraping of the sludge.
An electric motor operating at 440 V with a reduction gear, revolving the drum at approximately 6.5 RPM.
