Magnetic Separation System
Gravity Magnetics has newly designed and developed magnetic separation system for high-moisture non-magnetic sand material which is used to reduce the free iron content from the sand automatically. This magnetic separation system is the combination of overband magnetic separator and magnetic drum pulley. It also has a vibratory feeder which distributes and feed the material to overband magnetic separator.
Working Principle:
Magnetic separation system is fitted at the discharge of material. First magnetic drum pulley is fitted at the discharge of conveyor which remove magnetic contents and then material fall on the vibratory feeder from where the material will move to overband magnetic separator. The overband magnetic separator is arranged in such a way that the magnetic particles which flow down will be extracted on overband magnetic separator and will release at the end of overband magnetic separator belt.
