Self-Cleaning Magnetic Grill

Our self-cleaning magnetic grills are constructed from magnetic filter bars and stainless steel with a shiny finish, fixed onto a framework. Our magnetic filter bars are made of permanent magnets and stainless steel tubes with a special magnetic circuit.

The grills are efficiently utilized when contamination is within 1% to 1.5% by weight. For higher levels of contamination, drawer grills or multi-drawer grills should be used.

Special Magnetic Circuit:

The housing and filter bar frame are designed so that the magnetic bars can be easily removed using a handle. This removes the magnetic field from the magnetic grill pipes, allowing the collected metal to fall automatically.
